In Front of the High School in Selma. This one is next to the ROC (--Detention) room. (559) 891-8355 This payphone is taken charge of by the first student to enter the detention hall (it is in a small detached hallway next to the detention hall). The 'first student' answers the phone and calls over whoever the call is for (so just tell him to put on anyone he feels like-- a hot chick maybe). This is all possible because of complaints made by parents over the study hall. Now anyone recieving a call can answer to it and stay on for as much as two hours-- no questions asked.
