Wish I was certain of the 
location of this pay phone.  
I believe it is somewhere 
near downtown.  Maybe close

		I have recieved numerous calls from 
		this number, not so strange I know, 
		but what is is that the moment I reach 
		to pick up the phone there is no one 
		there.  I do not live in that area of 
		town, but it gives me a creepy feeling 
		of being watched and taunted by apparently 
		two persons.  One to watch me in my home 
		and to communicate to the other party 
		when I am reaching for the reciever.  
		Very strange I would say, and it happens 
		more often than not.  How can I find out 
		where this phone is so that I may summarily 
		rip it out of the ground?

	I received an anonymous call from this number 
	at 7:00 am one morning and was told I was being 
	watched.  One month later, my 3 year old daughter 
	answered another call from this number and told 
	me that they said a bad word.  Wish I knew where 
	this is.  Police don't care.

		I called 713-649-9331 and a lady answered. 
		I asked her where the phone was located and
		she wouldn't tell me. She then asked if 
		someone had paged me from it. I told her, 
		"no, I just would like to know where the 
		phone is located". She then replied, 
		"In a building". I told her that I figured
		that, but what building. She still wouldn't 
		tell me. I did however manage to get out 
		of her that it was in a factory of some 
		kind. It doesn't totally break the mystery, 
		but it's better than "somewhere in Houston".
