		Kincaid's is world famous for its hamburgers.  
		It hasn't been a grocery in decades -- the 
		expiration dates on the food cans are in 
		the early '80s -- but the burgers are fresh 
		and delicious.  This phone is one of two 
		located just inside the front door, 
			right by the tables.

		Unfortunately, it is with great sadness that I report that there are no
		longer any payphones in Kincaid's.

		It's been a good long while (perhaps a couple of years) since the first
		payphone disappeared.

		But, a couple of months ago, the other payphone, the one listed on the
		Payphone Project web page, also disappeared.  According to one of the
		employees, Southwestern Bell removed the payphone because it wasn't
		making enough money.

		Of course, I will have to say that it's been a long time since I saw
		anyone use it.  And, it seems that many people have cell phones these
		days, even to the point of making/answering calls while at Kincaid's.
			
		The hamburgers are still as good as ever.

		Esquire listed this saloon as one of 
		the 100 best bars in the US.  It is 
		also where scenes from "Walker, Texas 
		Ranger" are shot.  In the TV show it

		I go to this place often for Greek 
		turkey pitas.  They're Great!  It is 
		owned by an old Greek couple who are 
		very pleasant.  It is next to the 
		Trinity River in Fort Worth, there 
		is nothing else around for about a mile.  
		If I'm ever sitting outside eating a 
		pita and hear the phone ring, I'll 
		know why....and answer it!
