That phone was still standing as of a couple of weeks ago, but no dial tone. There’s still hope.

Not sure if that’s due to the nature of “no incoming calls” with all phones or if, more likely, this one has met its demise, but for anyone else trying to call it, don’t expect much but a very mellow automated response.
