Making Artistic Use Of LinkNYC’s Non-Working Tablet Screens

A lot of LinkNYC’s Smart-City-Heralded tablet screens do not work. I tried to make them æsthetically interesting by seizing reflective images. Results were mixed but it helped prove that a blank slate is more inspiring than a blinking one.
