Seaview Motel Phone Booth, Pennsville NJ 08070
An anonymous photographer contributed this artsy black and white photo of an abandoned Verizon-branded phone booth found at the Seaview Motel in Pennsville, NJ. The payphone once found within is gone but the door remains curiously half-opened, inviting you to enter. I have a dozen photos of phone booths and payphones in New Jersey, with several old booths located at truck stops along the New Jersey Turnpike. I believe all of those old phone booths are now gone.
