If it looks like the one in my posting, it is probably a BN800 Vanguard Enclosure, from Benner-Nawman, at one time the #1 U.S. maker of payphone booths and enclosures.
I think these type of enclosures first started appearing in the early 1970s or late 1960s.
Benner-Nawman is still in business, having mostly moved away from payphones and on to manufacture and distribution of other type of products.
But who knows, contacting them might reveal they have specs or other info on the BN800…
