Payphone at the Check Cashing Place

This check cashing place closed shop a long time ago. The lights are still on but the doors are locked. This is one of two payphones inside, neither of which had worked for years before the place went out of business. I have never utilized the services of a check cashing place and, as is typical of me, I felt intimidated or uneasy entering into a place when I had no legitimate business or intent except to get pictures of any payphone inside. I did summon the nerve, though, in 2014. The first photo here is from last week but the second one shows the other phone, looking the same 5 years ago as it does today. I was, in fact, yelled at by someone behind one of the windows who saw me taking this photo. I skedaddled.
