I should have taken a closer look at this ATM. A lot of folks in the payphone business have branched out into ATMs, laundry machines, tchotchke and charm machines, and other coin-fed or fee-per-use products. Next time I'm in Journal Square I'll see if this ATM isn't owned by NewTel, the owner of the two payphones in the foyer of the VIP Diner.
