One of these Penn Station payphones worked when I tried them in late June, 2012. It was the second one from the left.
The numbers shown on the phones are:
(212) 239-3428, (212) 239-4469 L (?), (212) 239-8642, and (212) 239-0384.
Each number links to the Payphone Project page at which these numbers were originally listed.
Depite the lingering presence of Verizon logos these payphones are all owned by Pacific Telemanagement Services (PCS). If any of these payphones happens to work then it would probably not cause ordinary caller ID to display any of the above-listed phone numbers. The number shown would probably be (702) 992-9550.
