There are two payphones, including one TTY, at the Shops at Atlas Park. Neither phone had a dial tone when I picked them up. The numbers displayed on these phones are (718) 326-7276 and (718) 326-1795, but attempts to call them return a message that the numbers have been disconnected.
I spotted these on a Monday afternoon in March, 2012.
The Shops at Atlas Park felt like a ghost town when I was there, but I guess a Monday afternoon would not be the busiest time of the week for this oddly-located mall.
