Penza, Russia Public Phone - Photo by Elwood Blues, who says:
"This is a pay phone in Russia. sort of. What I mean is from my understanding there are 2 types of public phone in this town ( Penza ) One like this that is now free ( I think ) but used to take coins and still has the coin accepting mechanism attached.. Also, it only calls numbers in town.. Which I also assume means it won't call cell phone numbers."
