This compilation is from MUCKROCK.com, in response to a FOIL request by Allan Lasser requesting transcripts of 311 complaints that led to the disabling of the web browser on LinkNYC kiosks in 2016. My favorite is the report about an individual at a LinkNYC kiosk “screaming, masturbating, and defecating” all at the same time. Jackpot. It seems like more 311 complaints than this would have come in during the 7 long months CityBridge and DoITT let the encampments and pornography fester. Maybe more 311 complaints got filed under other categories?
