This payphone/TTY accepts incoming calls, and according to contributor Bruce Hart it rings loud and clear. I called the number and it rang four or five times before going to its internal modem. It is at the Washington State Fairgrounds in Puyallup, WA. The big fair ended last week, but I am posting this on Friday, October 3rd, when the 3-day Oktoberfest Northwest is scheduled begin at the fairgrounds.
