Evidence suggests that these phone booths double as bathrooms. Located between Interchanges 18E/18W and the George Washington Bridge (13) Milepost 116E,115.5W Ridgefield Borough, Bergen County UPDATE: March 1, 2010. The gas tanks are being pulled up presently for recertification. The phone is kinda isolated, and right outside the North gate of Peterson Air Force Base.
